Authorised Prochem Distributors and account customers can place orders for all products by creating a new account and log-in using a valid email address, 8 character password and completing all mandatory fields. Credit Account status will then be validated by Prochem Europe Accounts Department before credit orders can be processed. Please allow 2-3 days for your account to be validated when placing your first on-line order.Orders will be linked directly to Prochem Europe Ltd Sales Order Processing System.
Trade users and non-account customers can place orders for ancillary equipment and accessories, truck mounts and accessories, spare parts and training courses, by creating a new account as above and paying by our secure World PayTM credit card handling system.

Prochem chemicals and extraction machines can only be ordered by Prochem Authorised Distributors. Unless you are an authorised distributor or credit account holder, chemicals and extraction machines will not be visible to you on this website.
